As part of a full redesign and refurbishment project being delivered by our client Engie, Mereden Court in St Albans is gaining a total roof replacement, carried out by our teams at Highview.

Our works are mobilising this week and will run as a 12 week programme, providing full Pitched and Flat roof replacements, inclusive of new guttering facia and soffits.

Covering 923m2 of roof area, we will be working hard to complete a high quality finish in time for a mid-June handover.

The six week roofing programme is now underway on the iconic Denning Point tower at 33 Commercial Street in London. 

Instructed by Kier, Highview are installing a Bauder flat roof waterproofing system, on the 220m2 roof area of this impressive 23 storey residential building. 

Completing at the end of March, we are looking forward to handing over the new roof for the benefit of the tower’s many residents. 

Existing client Engie, have recently instructed us to carry out roofing works to scattered street properties throughout the London Borough of Haringey.

Starting next week, we will be installing Langley roofing, as well as completing liquid works to balconies, over a 16 week programme completing in mid-June 2020.

We can excitedly announce that our long standing client Mulalley have just instructed us to support their latest project for Camden Council.

As well as installing a Bauder flat roof replacement to a 1,130m2 residential block in Chalk Farm, Camden, we’ll also be carrying out mixed pitched and flat roof replacements to multiple neighbouring scattered street properties.

Our teams are starting work at the end of January, with completion expected for Spring 2020.

We are proud of our high success project record with Mulalley, and this latest appointment will only continue to strengthen that reputation.

We are very excited to be starting off 2020 with a tower block project order from our existing client Mulalley.

Located in Tower Hamlets, this 20 storey residential apartment block is getting a full 300m2 roof replacement.

Starting on site in the coming weeks, we will be installing a new Bauder insulated system onto the building whilst the residents remain in their homes throughout the project.

Highview are getting ready for the Christmas break and encouraging staff to start winding down.

With the festive season upon us, the construction industry quietening, it is a good opportunity to have some fun in the office before things get very busy again in 2020.

This year has been eventful to say the least, but recent election results bring some certainty in the market and renewed confidence in project investment. We look forward to another successful year ahead, both for flat and pitched Roofing. But for now, Merry Christmas and cheers to the new year!

This week Purdy announced their appointment of Highview’s Internals division, to complete a full kitchens and bathrooms strip out and refurbishment, including all finishes, within ‘The Cube’ commercial building in Barking East London.

This recent contract win becomes the latest of many for the Internals team at Highview, with their first financial quarter already yielding a turnover of £500k.

Other exciting internal refurbishments currently being mobilised include a commercial to residential conversion project in Barnet, as well as a full internal refurbishment of a void residential property in North West London.
