Established in 2016 but with a wealth of experience from previous businesses, we believe that communication is key to successful delivery. This combined with good, safe working practices from our direct delivery teams and supply chain partners are key to the our success on any project. This approach allows us to meet all our client expectations

Our Management team have a combined experience in excess of 65 years, meaning no project is beyond our capabilities. Terry Lake

Managing Director
A highly accomplished senior manager with good technical and construction knowledge and excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects. Terry has over 19 years’ experience with a mixture of public and private sector clients, in the delivery of Decent Homes Projects (externals) and Contract Development. In addition to excellent customer relationship skills, Terry is experienced in operational and commercial management, with also strong leadership and people skills. This is demonstrated in his ability to be a strong leader and an effective manager, able to engage, inspire, motivate and develop the potential of others.

Greg Williams

Commercial Director
Greg manages all the commercial and financial aspects of both business units within the group, producing the relevant update reports to disseminate among the directors, giving clarity and advice, as well as assisting the operational team with order placements. With 17 years of experience within the construction industry, Greg was once working as a qualified electrician, before naturally progressing into the commercial management of projects.

Faye Lake

Customer Services Director
Conor Joined the team at Highview Group to spearhead the property services business unit. Conor has an excellent and diverse skillset having worked client side for 4 years before moving over to contracting where he has been for the last 8 years. Having works as a contract administrator he is fully equipped to understand the clients needs and his time delivering schemes as a main contractor give him the programme and commercial ability to deliver and exceptional service.

Dan Costen

Previously spending 11 years as a successful Technical Sales Manager for a leading roofing manufacturer, Dan joined Highview with a valuable wealth of pre-construction knowledge. Dan has a total of 21 years in the roofing industry, delivering both refurbishment and new build projects. He has extensive knowledge in the pre-construction and project phases of all schemes as well as excellent customer relationship skills

Jack Cannon

Divisional Manager
Jack was appointed as Divisional Manger at Highview with 12 years’ management experience within the industry. Jack’s knowledge in the field has led to him progressing quickly through the ranks at Highview, which is testament to the value his wisdom and expertise bring to projects. Jack is responsible for all operational activities within the business, whilst also supporting the procurement team to ensure that we maintain exceptional product delivery on site.

Connor Sullivan

Customer Service Director
As Head of Customer Service, Faye is responsible for carrying out audits on the services offered, ensuring the highest level of stakeholder care is maintained at all times, throughout the communities in which we work. Faye is extremely passionate about the level of customer service we deliver, and with 19 years in the customer service industry, fully understands and respects the needs of our clients and end users.

Danny Sholl

Operations Manager
Danny was head hunted by the senior management team due to his wealth of experience in delivering intricate and diverse schemes, having spent 10 years in the industry Danny has expanded his knowledge to be able to successfully programme and manage multi trade projects and supply chain. Whilst his skillset is vastly weighted towards project delivery his understanding of the commercial functions of each contract allows him to successful control client budgets and expectation
