Roofing

Operating within London and the South, Highview is a leading Roofing Specialist in the refurbishment and new build sectors and has installed over 90,000m2 of flat roofing in under 6 years we believe Highview are best positioned to meet any clients needs. Continuing Improvements in roofing technology have allowed this generation of high-performance elastomeric roofing products to be manufactured in a range of solutions to cope with any type of roof.  Self-adhesive and fully adhered systems have been introduced to mitigate the risk from the amount of heat required during the roofing installation significantly reducing the risk from heat

Offering a range of natural clay, concrete tiles and slates to suit any pitched roof requirement and enjoy collaborative working relationships with leading manufacturers such as Redland, Marley and Sandtoft. Our management team have vast experience in both refurbishment and new build contracts and are fully up to date with the latest regulations and fire compartmentation requirements. Highview are fully accredited competent roofer scheme so we can self-certify our installations from a building control perspective and can offer a hassle free 10yr insurance backed guarantee on all installs for client peace of mind

Highview Property services was introduced as a division to the group in 2021, offering a property repairs and maintenance across London and the south east . Headed up by Conor Sullivan who has been working in the internal main contract refurbishment industry for 8yrs he has already developed successful working relationships with a number of main contractors and local housing associations We have an experienced and dedicated team of Contract and Site managers who are supported by a back-office team of surveyors, administrators, and buyers.

Highview employ various trades and multi-skilled operatives to enable us to undertake both residential and Commercial Projects, such as complete property refurbishments and renovations, office refits, void programmes, as well as aid and adaption for people with disabilities.
