Vivant Homes have appointed Highview to complete the phased roofing works on their new apartment complex – Park House in Slough.

6 Storeys high and comprising 48 new homes, the urban regeneration scheme is a conversion construction, from formerly commercial spaces into new residential.

With roofing works being approached as a 3-phase, 4-month programme, we will be gradually installing a Bauder flat roof insulated system to a total of 488m2 over the coming months.

This carefully phased programme will be complex in its reliance on coordination of trades, requiring us to work collaboratively with the cladding installers in order to ensure the perimeter details are finished in sequence with the specially coated trim.
