Working as the Principal Contractor for a long-standing client, we have begun the refurbishment to circa 800m2 of inverted roof, atop of the prominent Central London commercial building – Golden Cross House.

As we replace the roof with a brand new Bauder system, we are working within a very narrow and busy street, with restricted roof access and welfare provisions.

We are working closely with the nearby café and other businesses, to ensure that good communication is maintained and disruption is kept to a minimum.
