Joining the team in July, Greg Williams, Commercial Director, enters Highview following a successful time at Wates.

Greg now manages all the commercial and financial aspects of all business units within the group, producing the relevant update reports to disseminate among the directors, giving clarity and advice, as well as assisting the operational team with order placements.

With 15 years of experience within the construction industry, Greg was once working as a qualified electrician, before naturally progressing into the commercial management of projects. Having worked for both Main Contractors and Sub-Contractors, Greg has extensive experience of Commercial, Residential and Education sector works.

“Following my appointment at Highview I am setting clear goals and objectives for the commercial and financial teams to implement over the coming months.

 

My aim is to successfully integrate these changes into the business by the end of September 2019 ready for our new financial year, this will enable us to improve the transfer of information within all other departments throughout the entire delivery process.
